David Fizdale ushered in a new era of Memphis Grizzlies basketball last season, ditching the Grit n Grind culture that became synonymous with the team in favor of a more modern offense.

The changes did wonders for Mike Conley. And Marc Gasol is still one of the league’s best centers. But are there enough pieces beyond those two for Memphis to get back to the playoffs? Or will the Grizzlies crumble beneath the weight of the Western Conference, missing the postseason for the first time since 2010?
